On November 12, 2020, The Chemours Company issued press releases announcing the launch and pricing of its offering of $800 million aggregate principal amount of 5.750% senior unsecured notes due 2028 in a private offering that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
