On August 5, 2020, Peabody Energy Corporation ("Peabody") issued a press release setting forth Peabody’s second quarter 2020 financial results and continuing its suspension of certain full-year 2020 guidance targets due to the continued uncertainties with respect to COVID-19. A copy of Peabody’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
