--British American Tobacco PLC is being investigated by the Department of Justice and the Office of Foreign Assets Control in the U.S. over a suspected sanctions breach, the Times reports.

--The company was already under investigation in the U.K., where the Serious Fraud Office has been looking into cases of suspected corruption, the Times says.
