Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On January 21, 2022, Bain Capital Specialty Finance, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will (i) release its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2021 and fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 after the close of the financial market and (ii) host a call on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. ET to discuss the financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
