It is expected that delivery of the 2029 notes will be made, against payment of the 2029 notes, on or about September 13, 2023, which will be the fifth
(5th) business day in the United States following the date of pricing of the 2029 notes. Under Rule 15c6-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, purchases or sales of 2029 notes in the secondary market
generally are required to settle within two (2) business days (T+2), unless the parties to any such transaction expressly agree otherwise. Accordingly, purchasers of the 2029 notes who wish to trade the 2029 notes on the date of the prospectus
supplement or the next two (2) succeeding business days, will be required, because the 2029 notes initially will settle within five (5) business days (T+5) in the United States, to specify an alternate settlement cycle at the time of any
such trade to prevent a failed settlement. Purchasers of the 2029 notes who wish to trade on the date of the prospectus supplement or the next succeeding business day should consult their own legal advisers.
