--Major shareholders of Barclays PLC want the U.K. bank to either cancel departing finance chief Tushar Morzaria's bonus, or claw back a part of previous awards, Sky News reports.

--Sky says that leading shareholders want Mr. Morzaria--who earned more than 5 million pounds ($6.6 million) in 2021--to show accountability for the debt-sale mistake announced earlier this week.
