Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 26, 2022. Represented at the meeting were 37,063,931 shares, or approximately 80%, of the Company’s 46,545,232 shares of common stock outstanding and entitled to vote at the meeting.
