Accenture PLC (ACN) said it has agreed to buy Symantec's cybersecurity business from Broadcom Inc. (AVGO), which acquired Symantec Corp.'s enterprise-security business for $10.7 billion in 2019.

The deal is expected to close in March 2020, Accenture said Tuesday. Accenture didn't disclose terms of the transaction.

Symantec's cybersecurity-services business has more than 300 employees globally, Accenture said.
