Regulation FD Disclosure.

On Monday, June 3, 2019, AAC Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has engaged investment banking firm Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. with respect to potential strategic corporate transactions involving the Company’s real estate and other assets, as well as potential recapitalization or refinancing transactions.

The Company’s press release with respect to the transaction process is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
