Saw the news today, looks like AES-100 Inc/Progressus Clean Technologies will likely be spun off into a separate public company in a merger with BQST. Not many details yet as far as how the share exchange will go but I'd imagine there will be spin off shares of BQST issued to you guys...??

Not that familiar with this, I've had some BQST for quite awhile, this is a new business direction for them so I'm trying to get up to speed on exactly what Progressus is, or what the potential is.

The acquisition of AES is an arm's length transaction and the common shares are subject to a four month and one day hold period from the date of issuance and are subject to the Neo Exchange’s acceptance of final filing documents.
