Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

As previously announced, on October 23, 2020, the board of directors of Zynex, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Neil Friery as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer – Zynex Monitoring Solutions, Inc., effective November 9, 2020 (the “Effective Date”). However, prior to the Effective Date, Mr. Friery notified the Company that, due to personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreements with the Company or its management, he would no longer be joining Company.
