2:27 ET -- Zoom Video Communications Inc. is one of the most talked about companies in the U.S. across all news items in the last 12 hours, according to Factiva data. The video communications platform company said second-quarter net income attributable to common stockholders fell to $45.7 million, or 15 cents a share, from $316.9 million, or $1.04 a share, in the prior-year quarter. Adjusted per-share earnings were $1.05. Revenue rose to $1.1 billion from $1.02 billion. Second-quarter revenue was impacted by the strengthening of the U.S. dollar and online business performance. Zoom Video cut its fiscal-year 2023 revenue forecast to $4.39 billion to $4.4 billion, with adjusted earnings per share of $3.66 to $3.69.
