Larry postponed his presentation at the Emergung Growth Conference romorrow for whatever reason. So instead of being down tomorrow, we are down today (but this does not exclude yet another new 52 week low tomorrow). This stock is ripe for another RS (day 5 below 1 USD close tonight, and counting). Whoever bought above 2 on April 9 really got screwed big time...

As usual, the stock is down following Larry's "update". Another fluff PR with absolutely zero substance. The only tangible info is the 18 million debt reduction, the rest is irrelevant : no guidance, same rehash on VLN market potential, without any clue on the market share they are targeting. General word on CMO : glad to know "it open doors" (sic). That will really help the investors to make their minds. If that's all he has to say vs profitability or cash flow positive timelines,...), Larry should better keep silent. A French humorist used to say "it's better to keep your mouth shut and look like an idiot than opening it and leave no doubt on the matter"

I listened to the conf call yesterday. I expect big losses going forward. I also expect massive dilution as they said cash is very low, losses continue and its going to be very slow moving ahead. I expect a PR or a filing soon that will tell us hundreds of millions of shares will be diluted...No doubt in my mind this is heading to $1.00or lower. The CO doesn't appear to sound motivated. I bet he is on his way out also....

This is nothing but a piece of crap.... lost more revenue and another loss for the quarter. They are low on cash, which of course means super dilution is coming... expect this to fall near a $1

Larry spoke yesterday, so the stock had to be down today! Prersentation was not that great. Cash flow positive in Q1 25 as per last call is now replaced by EBITDA breakeven in Q4 2025. Emerging Growth model shows negative cash flows through Q3, that is more realistic

Normal they sell to 1 billion + Chinese and Indians and they will never produce in the US for their huge local markets. Almost all cigarettes sold in the US are manufactured in the US. So I guess XXII needs to diversify into marijuana, cocaine and heroin. Lots of imports for these, lol

Yes, XXII could not hold the 5.6 presplit level for more than 4 days, despite some news. I think the news should have hinted at a percentage of operating rate increase at the facility and affirm a positive impact on contribution to fixed costs coverage, hence confirming profitability in Q1. Let's see what next week brings, I guess it will be make or break
