This is the link to the 7M $FRZA shares (page 3 of 10) owned by $TVPC or 67% control. Of interest, is that $TVPC owns 57.14%of $VEEE, but the entire 7M $FRZA shares were recorded under both $TVPC and $VEEE. This leads me to believe the Owners still have plans for $TVPC.

Here is the link to the dividend distribution announcement. The PR is 1 year old and their plans for $TVPC may have changed since. As a theory, could the VEEE share distribution be complicated for tax reasons and revenues for $VEEE (gas powered boats) and $FRZA (EV boats) will continue to roll up to $TVPC, with TVPC remaining as the controlling entity. This would make $TVPC one of the more valuable OTCs listed and a NASDAQ up-list target.

Actually I did and can prove I knew, you can scroll through the 2021 posts here when I tried to reopen the VEEE iHub board. So no, not really now. No dividend today either.

We have a amazing , undervalued TSLA $TSLA electric motor boat company here, making big moves.
Market cap deserves to be north of $1 here and looking forward to the future here.

Top of line results, great manage,ent, superior product.

BUCKLE UP, TVPC $TVPC going to appreciate considerably in my opinion, as based on the assets of its 2 subsidiaries, doesn’t belong this cheap.

Attack .50 , then $ in my opinion as market will adjust to these amazing conditions to properly value this company.

Some people keep saying they own 7M FRZA but that filing is actually for VEEE. Read the Form 3 from VEEE again (Notice its filed for the CO not the INC):

Really now, you never even knew they had $VEEE and $FRZA shares all this time.
I know Tickers that have less and are valued much higher than where $TVPC
is right now. Go on their boards and tell them that they are undervalued or
whatever it is you like to do.
So whatever logic or math works for you in your head, you go with that.

Doesn’t matter what the revenue is if restricted shareholders sell. You didn’t address that, instead you used a lot of words in all caps.

What is stopping them from selling these shares:

4 MILLION SHARES OF VEEE $VEEE
7 million shares of FRZA $FRZA

Maybe the all caps words? Maybe they should have kept their word in late July and distributed the dividend as promised, instead they did an IPO and tripled the share prices of TVPC and VEEE for a day after which the share price declined. It usually takes 1 year to Vest restricted shares.

LMAO.... come on now.....VEEE , FRZA look at the FORM 3 that TVPC owns . Just on those shares that they own

4 MILLION SHARES OF VEEE $VEEE
7 million shares of FRZA $FRZA

This alone with the shares they own above justifies a $1 per share here in my opinion.

Then $TVPC quarterly out few days ago and it CLEARLY SHOWS MEGA REVENUE of $15 MILLION $15,000,000 for past 6 months.
400% plus increase for the EBITA!!

This is a ticking time bomb, oh yeah NO DILUTION!
Tiny float and making BIG BUCKS, coupled with THE TESLA OF ELECTRIC BOATS with the BEST SELLER OF THOSE BOATS.

My opinion this is SEVERELY UNDERVALUED!

Accumulation distribution indicator decreased in recent run up.

It doesn’t suggest this at all:

“The fact that it is still trading and that TVPC owns 7Milly FRZA shares and 4Milly
VEEE shares suggests that valuation will be distributed accordingly.”

And to say that something will be distributed accordingly you have to refer to some metric to make that statement. The dividend shares will like be paid to restricted shareholders and anyone can check the TVPC financials to see how many restricted shareholders there are. The one year timeline set by the company came and went without a dividend paid, a straight up lie by the company.

Forgot about the restricted shares in your math, as well as the fact that the novelty of VEEE was its electric boats, which is now FRZA’s business.

$TVPC TVPC HOLY smokes. ,, SEVERELY UNDERVALUED..

Market cap is silly cheap with being the parent company of the other 2.....

Take the value of VEEE times 4Milly shares, then take value of $FRZA x 7Milly shares..... then divide that total by the total of OS that TVPC has.

That should give you a general ballpark of what that value is.

So don’t believe any “dividend payable on 25th August” post folks. It ain’t going to happen.

Also, I’ve checked with Interactive Brokers and there are no Corporate Actions scheduled.

There is no dividend payable on the 25th of August. Several steps would need to be completed BEFORE a dividend could be paid.

FINRA would have to approve the dividend.

FINRA would have to decide the ex dividend date which shareholders would have to be holding shares by.

The company has stated that it’s looking into ways to pay the dividend. That means any dividend is a long long way off!

When do you have to be holding TVPC shares by to qualify for the dividend?

The LOCKUP period has ALREADY EXPIRED ON 07/20/2022

One year from VEEe IPO already passed that date in July, there is no dividend shares, it will probably go to the restricted share holders here who continue to dump their millions of TVPC shares

Hello my friend sorry I’ve been incommunicado recently been taking some time out and we’ve had a major heatwave in the UK which finally ends today.

Do you maybe know the answer to my query below possibly? It’s a bit hard to read filings at the moment because I only have a phone - no desktop computer at the moment. FRZA is now the stock to care about because it is electric boats, although it was down 50% from its high today and hard to know where the bottom is on IPOs, VEEE is now a gas powered boat company

Veee began in July 2021 so that deadline for share distribution already passed, just because the article referred to was written on August 25th 2021 doesn’t mean something will occur that day; nowhere does it say it is a one for one share distribution between TVPC and VEEE, anyone can see from TVPC’s filings how many restricted shares TVPC has (a lot…many of those shares dumped today) and those are the people who will get some or all of those 4000000 shares of VEEE, the revenue and profit reported today was great but the EPS wasn’t.
