On November 20, 2019 T2 Biosystems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the granting of a CE-Mark to the T2Resistance™ Panel which will allow the Company to market the T2Resistance Panel within the European Economic Area. A copy of the press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
