On March
4, 2020, TTEC Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended
December 31, 2019.

On February
27, 2020, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.34 per common share to be paid on April 16, 2020
to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2020.
