Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 16, 2019, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.32 per common share to be paid on October 17, 2019 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2019.
A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
