Item 5.02.      Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On March 23, 2020 the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Sypris Solutions, Inc. (the "Company") amended the vesting date with respect to certain outstanding restricted stock grants awarded to participants on April 1, 2017, including an award held by one named executive officer, Anthony C. Allen. The original vesting date of April 1, 2020 has been revised to October 1, 2020.
