As previously announced, the SWK Holdings Corporation annual meeting of shareholders is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 18, 2020 at 9:00am CT. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and for the safety of our shareholders, employees and directors, the meeting will be held over the web in a virtual meeting format only.
