On April 29, 2020, Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. A copy of the Company’s press release covering such announcement and certain other matters is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
