As previously announced in the Form 8-K filed by Soliton, Inc. (the “Company”) on April 15, 2019, Dr. Elizabeth Tanzi of Capital Laser and Skin Care presented preliminary data from the Company’s completed cellulite trial at the Symposium for Cosmetic Advances and Laser Education conference in Nashville, Tennessee on May 11, 2019. A copy of the conference presentation is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
