Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 24, 2019, SVB Financial Group (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. A copy of the release and a third quarter earnings letter and presentation are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference. On October 24, 2019, SVB Financial Group announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a $350 million common stock repurchase program, as described under the heading "Stock Repurchase Programs" of the Company's third quarter earnings release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
