Revolution Lighting Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVLT) (“Revolution Lighting” or the “Company”), a global provider of advanced LED lighting solutions, announced that on April 30, 2019 the Company entered into an Amendment to Forbearance Agreement and Sixteenth Amendment to its loan and security agreement with Bank of America. The Amendment extends the previously disclosed forbearance period through July 31, 2019. A copy of the Sixteenth Amendment and a description of its material terms will be filed with the SEC on Form 8-K in the coming days.
