ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On March 23, 2020, Perficient, Inc. issued a press release announcing the acquisition on March 23, 2020 of substantially all of the assets of Catalyst Networks, Inc., a Georgia corporation doing business as Brainjocks. Additionally, Perficient, Inc. has signed a purchase agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of an affiliate of Brainjocks, Brainjocks Europe d.o.o. Novi Sad, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Serbia, which will close following the satisfaction or waiver of certain conditions.
The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
