On June 4, 2020, Peoples Financial Services
Corp. (the “Company”) announced that Thomas P. Tulaney has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of
the Company and its subsidiary, Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company (the “Bank”), effective May 29, 2020. Mr. Tulaney,
age 60, has served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since May 2017. He served as the Executive Vice
President and Chief Lending Officer from the Company’s November 2013 merger with Penseco Financial Services Corporation until
May 2017. Additional information regarding Mr. Tulaney, his experience, compensation and certain transactions is included in the
Company’s definitive proxy statement for its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders, filed with the Securities and Exchange
Commission on April 16, 2020, and is incorporated in this item by reference.
Craig W. Best, who has served as President
and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank since November 2013, will remain Chief Executive Officer of the Company
and the Bank.
