Phoenix Motorcars is proud to announce their recent deployment of 3, All-Electric, Zero-Emission Z500 trucks to the City of Salinas. The project included
1 x Zero Emission flatbed truck, and 2 x Zero Emission cargo trucks, as well as 3 x Level III charging stations.

A Game-changing EV Service and Training Program

Amerit has added EVs into its own fleet of Mobile Service Centers, which works as a "garage on wheels" to maintain fleet assets in out-of-the-way areas. The fully-electric EVolution Mobile Service Center was produced in collaboration with automaker Phoenix Motor Cars. The zero-emission maintenance vehicle allows technicians to perform side-by-side maintenance and repairs for both electric and internal combustion vehicles.

They can do acquisitions with a combination of cash and stock. They might just be working on product, but if you look at all the other nontraditional motor groups other than TESLA, most of them have been sold off.

We can look at use of proceeds in the S-1 to see what they want to do with the money.

R&D and "working capital and other general corporate purposes" ie management and consulting fees...

AH will either trade sideways or drop back to $3s. Just my opinion. I thought maybe insiders or deep pockets earlier but now looks like a P/D
