On December 18, 2019 Peoples Bancorp Inc. announced that it intends to release fourth quarter 2019 earnings before the market opens on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, and conduct a facilitated conference call with analysts, media and individual investors at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on the same date.
A copy of the press release announcing the event is being furnished as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
