Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On March 2, 2021, Xiuhe Jiang retired from his position as a Chief Product Officer at Powerbridge Technologies Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). Mr. Jiang’s retirement did not result from any disagreement with the Company.
