On November 25, 2019, Optibase Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that on December 31, 2019, it will hold at its offices at the Company’s
offices at 8 Hamenofim Street, Herzliya, Israel, an annual and extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (the “General Meeting”) at 04:00 p.m. Israel time. In connection with the meeting, the Company furnishes the following documents:
