Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On November 7, 2024 (the “Termination Date”), NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation (the “Company” or “NeuroOne”) and Growth Opportunity Funding, LLC mutually agreed to terminate that certain Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of August 2, 2024 (the “Loan Agreement”). As of the Termination Date, the Company had no loan balance outstanding.

  

The description of the terms of the Loan Agreement, as applicable, is included in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on August 7, 2024 and is incorporated herein by reference.
