On August 11, 2022, NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation (the
“Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results
for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. A copy of this press release
is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is
incorporated herein by reference.
