Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) said board members Charles H. Noski and Helmut Panke won't seek re-election at the company's annual meeting Dec. 4. They both joined the board in 2003.

Microsoft said it will nominate GlaxoSmithKline PLC (GSK) Chief Executive Emma Walmsley to the board.

If Walmsley and the rest of the company's nominees are elected, the board will consist of 13 people.
