On June 15, 2020, Momenta
Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced certain of the results of its interim analysis
of topline data from its Phase 2 clinical trial of nipocalimab (M281) in general myasthenia gravis. The full text of the press
release issued in connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
The Company plans on
giving a presentation during its analyst call on June 15, 2020 at 8:30 am EDT. A copy of the presentation slides is attached as
Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
