Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 30, 2020, Miragen Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing new efficacy and safety data from the adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma arm of its ongoing Phase 1 clinical trial of cobomarsen, which will be presented at the 12th Annual T-Cell Lymphoma Forum, which is being held in La Jolla, CA, from January 30th to February 1st. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
