Item 2.02    Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On January 22, 2021, MetroCity Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release covering such announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
