Results
of Operations and Financial Condition.

September
11, 2019, The Lovesac Company, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release (the “Press Release”)
announcing the Company’s financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2020. A copy of the Press Release is attached
to this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
The
Company will host a conference call on September 11, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time in connection with the release of the Company’s
financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2020. Investors and analysts interested in participating in the call are invited
to dial 877-407-3982 (international callers please dial 201-493-6780) approximately 10 minutes prior to the start of the call.
