Morning all? I do not know here? I never saw one of these before.

All I know is I owned a stock that did same thing some years ago, another entity purchased the ticker and all shares held transferred to that new company and its ticker.

Based on just the last years' continual trading of LLEN stock, it does make one wonder to be honest. Anything is possible. I have seen many things happen others would says "it never can", but it did...

Myself, I do still have like 50,000 shares of LLEN way back in dusty archives of my portfolio LOL

Is this the final coup de grace??? I can't find any announcement re: delisting or otc stop trading. Would like to know what happened.

Hmmmm. Interesting. Who/how had it been trading then for so long??? Does this mean someone else can take the ticker over then??

Hard to tell who is driving this stock upward. But the SEC has yet to close it down. Somebody is answering the mail. But where and who is up in the air. And the exact location and status of Lee is also strange. Not really interested any more but a good mystery to follow. Sort of like "Who shot JR in the 1980's.

Well, my first question is "Did Lee get out of Jail yet."


It has been about 5 years since the FED's put him in the "Federal Resort".

This stock keeps getting bought up and climbing i price ever so slowly... Amazing to see actually... I can't figure it out..

Crown it is entertainment for me at this stage... LOL

LOOK at the volumes and continued trading with this- just pull up a 1 year chart alone...??? I have owned stocks where the ticker is sold to another to use, and any previous shareholders bode well in those cases. Anything possible in the crooked US securities markets these days...

HUMMMMMMM 10 business days have passed and LLEN is still listed. I guess they either replied or the SEC is "off for the rest of the year"....Must be a source of information error or just "Fake News"

Yes. I have seen this over a year or so now, and with recent July press release from WSJ tells me something is going to happen here. What or to whome I don't know.. Just a supposed dead company or stock ticker does not keep trading like this has been doing over a year and many high volume days in fact...???

Two weeks of strange movement.

Ohh no. Actually have some from way back in my portfolio still. The recent actions and activities last year alone on this makes me wonder if what happened to others in past may be happening here, as ticker is acquired by another company, then those existing shares convert to those of new corp & ticker using same...

I seen this coming a few days ago. I put in an order at but it did not get filled. I bid turn out to be way too low. I would have made out good. Low stock issued with low floats.
