Could it be that the company is trying to get delisted! Sell the company at a very low price to private investors? That seems illegal, immoral and could bring lawsuits!

It seems this one will be delisted soon per the NT 10Q from May. From the looks of it, they were supposed to submit a plan to file their 10Q but there is no mention of them filing or submitting anything.

This pattern is a small black body contained by a prior relatively long black body. It resembles the Harami pattern, except that both bodies are black.

Recognition Criteria

1. The market is characterized by a prevailing downtrend.
2. A black body is observed on the first day.
3. On the second day, we again see a black body which is completely engulfed by the body of the first day.

INVE bottom in. Looking for quick snap back. Ridiculously undervalued here IMO

Only problem with this is that management said several quarters ago that we should see results of their so called vision but of course this never came in Q4 or Q1, and in fact were much worse than Q2 or Q3. And yet I'm supposed to believe results are still coming in the next couple quarters?

Expected close. Give $INVE another quarter or two to add further tangibility to management's vision, and a buyout becomes more feasible. IMO.

#INVE got cash, with larger contracts yet to impact P&L. They won't rush a BO. Buying back stock could be an option to return value to shareholders.

seems like the buyout target is now around 10 bucks. Guess that's what happens when management promises a lot but delivers nothing. Unfocused company with not a lot going for them.

Well it looks like we are going down.

Buyout target $18 IMO. Possibly $20

Those are likely high estimates considering the PR was misleading. Cisco is not actually partnering in the general sense of the term, but rather just providing digital entries for doors and combining this with their network. Pretty simple stuff however Identiv does do this well, but this won't lead to significant revenue gains. The market now knows this and the pps is back to below 10. Now that said, the potential is still there for a buyout, but now somewhere in the range of 14-17.

Identiv Partners With 3M to Expand Physical Access Market by Sharing Products and Technology

(Nasdaq:INVE) today announced that it has entered a bilateral partnership with 3M, an innovative technology company that serves consumer, electronics and energy, healthcare, industrial, and safety and graphics markets. Initially, Identiv's uTrust TS Reader technology is being integrated into 3M's MiY multi-factor authentication biometric devices. Both Identiv and 3M will sell the completed solution.
This partnership provides Identiv and 3M's customers with high-security assurance and forward compatibility to meet multiple compliance mandates. Identiv's uTrust TS Reader is specifically designed to support any existing building access system (such as Identiv, Lenel, AMAG, Honeywell, Bosch, Casi, or Software House) and provide a forward path to newer standards, such as U.S. government Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) compliance and network cabling.
