Item
8.01. Other Events.
On
September 4, 2020, IMAC Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) and Edward S. Bredniak agreed to extend the maturity
date of the outstanding 10.00% Promissory Note, for the principal amount of $1,750,000 (the “Note”) due to
Mr. Bredniak, to January 5, 2022. The Note was previously due January 5, 2021.
