The Registrant is filing this Report on Form 6-K to report its financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2018 and to discuss its recent corporate developments.

On December 10, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the First Half of 2018, which press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 6-K.
