Hudson Technologies Names Brian F. Coleman Chairman of the Board, President & Chief Executive Officer

Hudson Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: HDSN) (the “Company”) today
announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Brian F.
Coleman Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive
Officer, roles he had assumed on an interim basis following the
passing of Kevin J. Zugibe, the Company’s former Chairman of the
Board and Chief Executive Officer, on June 23, 2020. Mr.
Coleman has been with Hudson Technologies since May 1997 and most
recently served as Hudson’s President and Chief Operating Officer
since August 2001.
