Esports Entertainment Group Completes Acquisition of EGL

Esports Entertainment Group, Inc. (NasdaqCM: GMBL, GMBLW) (or the
“Company”), an esports entertainment and online gambling operator,
today announced the closing of its Esports Gaming League (“EGL”)
acquisition.
