Maritime Announces RESULTS OF annual meeting of shareholders
Glyfada, Greece, September 21, 2023- Globus
Maritime Limited (“Globus” or the “Company”), (NASDAQ: GLBS), a dry bulk shipping company, announced the results
of its annual meeting of shareholders, held earlier today in Glyfada, Greece. The following proposals were approved and adopted at the
meeting:
| 1. | the election of Mr. Athanasios Feidakis and Mr. Ioannis Kazantzidis as Class I directors of the Company,
to serve until the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders; |
| 2. | the appointment of Ernst & Young (Hellas) Certified Auditors Accountants S.A., as the Company’s
independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023; |
| 3. | one or more amendments to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to effect one or more reverse
stock splits of the Company’s issued and outstanding shares of common stock and Series B preferred shares by an aggregate ratio
of not more than one-for-20, with the exact ratio to be set at a whole number to be determined by the Company’s Board of Directors
or a committee thereof in its discretion, at any time or times after approval of the amendments, and to authorize the Company’s
Board of Directors to implement one or more reverse stock splits by filing one or more amendments with the Registrar of Corporations of
the Republic of the Marshall Islands. |
