Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On September 9, 2020, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Lending Officer of the Corporation will be conducting one-on-one meetings with a number of investors and potential investors.  The meeting materials, which include, among other things, selective balance sheet and income statement information through June 30, 2020, stock performance information through July 31, 2020 and the status of loan forbearance agreements related to COVID-19 as of August 31, 2020, are being made available on the Corporation’s website.  The materials can be accessed by going to www.fnbli.com and clicking on “Investor Relations” and then clicking on “Presentations” and then clicking on “Investor Presentation - September 9-10, 2020.”
