(1)  The option set forth in this table vests as follows (i) 3,750 shares on August 18, 2020 and (ii) approximately 938 shares for each of twelve quarterly installments beginning on November 18, 2020 and ending on August 18, 2023 provided the reporting person is employed by Fibrocell Science, Inc. (the "Company") on each vesting date.
