The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Forte announced after the market closed on September 2, 2021, that "topline data from its Phase 2 clinical trial of FB-401 for the treatment of atopic dermatitis failed to meet statistical significance for the primary endpoint of EASI-50 (the proportion of patients with at least a 50% improvement in atopic dermatitis disease severity as measure by EASI)." Based on this news, shares of Forte crashed by more than 80% on September 3, 2021.

Afraid this go below 4 tomorrow! I hate daytrade Nasdaq too! 3-5 I lost daytrading it! Always after they fill my big order thank it goes down! Freaking mm! 3 times today after they fill my order than up 2 tick than someone wack it down fast! Frustrated me hold it... I decided stay outside watch until I see solid activity!

that's why I rarely day trade, maybe once a month or so. I love to swing trade and hold overnight, days, weeks etc

will see how this is trading tomorrow in pre-market, but I wont buy more than another 1000 shares above $4.25, so any break below $4.00 and the gamble is on, mostly likely, this stock will bounce once then die

True, I'm just going by the 3-day rule, and normally the third day it doesn't move very much, more like a balancing act. Normally the biggest damage is the first two days. So since I bought close to the bottom even if it hits $4 tomorrow, I won't be selling. If it goes lower then I'll reconsider

ooooops, yes, 4.15, sorry about that... I do not see this going much lower than todays lows, but if it does tomorrow, I will buy more... even with the " not so good" trial results, I think this will go to 12-15 in very short order..this cannot be the only think they have their feet into, so I think they will do fine ... institutions are masters at burying something for stupid reasons, just to buy back at the lows and ride it up again....
