On February 7, 2021, Jie Liu notified Enstar Group Limited (the "Company") that he was resigning from the Company's Board of Directors with effect from that date. Mr. Liu's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
