Mr. Francois focuses on commercial lending solutions for middle
market companies
Eastern Bank is pleased to welcome Karl-Henry Francois as
a Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager.
Mr. Francois brings more than 20 years of banking experience,
including 18 years of experience providing a comprehensive range of
lending solutions for middle market commercial businesses.

credit, refinancing and overall lending and financing needs of

Mr. Francois has over two decades of experience in middle market
commercial banking, specializing in financial restructuring, debt
refinancing and underwriting for privately held, sponsor-owned and
publicly traded businesses. He joins Eastern Bank from Citizens
Financial Group where he held a variety of roles, most recently
serving as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager. His
expertise includes industries such as food and beverage, paper and
packaging, transportation and manufacturing. He delivers tailored
financial solutions, including loan products, treasury management,
hedging strategies and debt capital markets, and has played a key
role in driving the growth and stability of different businesses.
Mr. Francois earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Suffolk
University and a Master of Business Administration degree with a
concentration in Finance from Bentley University. He currently
serves on the Board of Directors of Bridgewell and the New England
Human Services Collaborative (NEHSCO).
