On September
4, 2019, Auris Medical Holding Ltd. (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Elmar Schärli, CPA, as
Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2019. Mr. Schärli will succeed Hernan Levett, who is resigning from his position
as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective October 31, 2019. Mr. Schärli has almost 30 years of both private and
public company finance and accounting experience in the biotech and medtech industry. In 2003, he founded ante treuhand ag, a
Swiss fiduciary company supporting companies primarily in health care and technology, and has since served as its CEO.
