INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT
Performance Shipping Inc. (NASDAQ;DCIX) today announced that its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Simeon Palios, has tested positive for the novel Covid-19 virus. The Company has taken additional steps to protect the health of all
other employees of the Company, and as of the date of this report the Company is not aware of any other employee of the Company having tested positive for the novel Covid-19 virus.
